1. Booking will be confirmed on advance payment only. Valid ID of booking person is mandatory for confirmation of the package. 100% refund in case of cancellation 15 days prior to Check in date, 50% refund in case of cancellation 7 days prior to Check in date, no refund further. The timeline for refund will be a minimum 15 working days from the date of cancellation request.

2. Check in and check out timings are strictly to be followed, for early check in or late check-out charges would be applicable and it is subject to availability only.

3. Jungle safari needs to be confirmed in ADVANCE ONLY and it’s subject to availability. Valid IDs of all members are compulsory for safari booking.

4. The Charges and availability of any activities or facilities are subject to change as per the peak season traffic.

5. No refunds will be made against cancellation of any safari/ confirmed activity by the guest.

6. Carry basic necessities like medicines, clothing and safety gears keeping in mind the climate and weather of the Wildlife zone. For any assistance feel free to discuss that.

7. Any changes or modifications in schedule, policy or itinerary are subject to sole decision of Company and no dispute what so ever it may be applicable against it for any valid ground.
8. For any legal dispute the region of legislation will be Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh only.
